CU Graduate Student Stabbed

A Columbia graduate student was stabbed yesterday morning in his 113th Street apartment.

He suffered a "minor wound to the hand," according to Columbia Assistant Vice President for Public Affairs Virgil Renzulli.

The wound did not require hospitalization.

According to police, the perpetrator is a 22 year-old white male who was known to the victim.

The New York Police Department is currently investigating the crime as a second degree assault, but they have not made any arrests.
