Senator Joseph R. Biden Jr. and the Democratic nominee for Vice President was spotted in a black sports utility vehicle turning onto 114th Street at around 5:20 p.m.
Biden was not a confirmed attendant for the ServiceNation Summit, but his attendance was rumored leading up to today's event. As he passed in a motorcade down Amsterdam Avenue, he waved to students.
