The men’s tennis team headed to Tulsa, Okla., over the weekend with the hope of making waves at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-American Championships. Earlier this week, juniors Ashok Narayana and Max Schnur began the action for the Light Blue in the singles qualifying round. Schnur fell in the first round to Texas A&M’s Behzad Minavi 6-4, 6-4, and after winning his first match Narayana lost to Raphael Hemmeler of Duke 6-3, 6-4. On Thursday, Schnur and Narayana will take the court again in the doubles main draw. Sophomore Dragos Ignat and junior Winston Lin, who is coming off a victory in the top singles flight at the Ivy Plus Championships, will also see court time Thursday afternoon in the singles main draw. Main draw play will continue through the weekend.
