I told you......this guy has always been out for himself.....i don't really like eminent domain, but this guy has warehouse space and is trying to stop a university expansion.....the tenants and true residents have legitimate concerns....this guy is plain greedy, and anyone with faith in him is a tool/fool. As the subject of the article above, I woul like to clarify one item of particular import; the concept written about is not one of a "sale" (as stated in the last paragraph), but, instead, a swap of a few properties, all within the proposed expansion area, with the goal being a "triple win" for the community, the university and my family.

How on Earth is it a win for the community for you to swap properties with Columbia? The community doesn't get anything out of that, aside from the pleasure of your continued presence in the neighborhood. You mean "a win for the university and me, because I get a developable property site."
