Mama's Little Kitchen: The Fastest, Easiest Peanut Butter Cookies

Like the recipe title says, these delicious, crispy cookies will be done in no time!
1 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Spoon onto baking sheet and flatten balls using a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

you don't really need the baking soda if you don't have it already. for an added touch, put a hershey's kiss or some other chocolate-based candy in the center.
