A point/counterpoint discussion looks at the effectiveness of the current internal voting system for the Engineering Executive Board versus the possibility of changing it into an entirely student-based election.

A DemocraSEAS looks at how the current election system neglects ESC's constitutional commitment to representing their student body. On the other hand, From the Inside defends the existing system in fear that a more student-oriented election of the executive board will become a mere popularity contest and thus overlook those who are more capable of doing the job.
