Junior Alex Rosenberg gave the Lions a second chance against Elon on Sunday. With less than a second left on the clock, the 6-foot-7-inch forward tied the game with a three-pointer. He had a total of 19 points during his 27 minutes of playing time. Rosenberg has scored 78 points so far this season, averaging just shy of 10 points per game. Although the season is still in its early stages, Rosenberg has contributed quite a bit of playing time to the team. He has the third highest scoring average on the team, behind only sophomores Maodo Lo and Grant Mullins, respectively. For his efforts, Rosenberg is Spectator’s Athlete of the Week.
