A record 408 students applied to Panhellenic sororities this year, up from last year’s high of 396 applicants, Panhellenic Council President Amelia Kudenholdt, CC ’14, said.

Colorful dresses, constant chatter, warm hugs, and the sound of smooth jazz filled Roone Arledge Auditorium in Lerner Hall as AXO sisters and alumnae gathered on Sunday to celebrate their new brownstone on 114th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.
In an email resigning as chair of the Greek Judicial Board, Matthew Renick blasted the administration for not giving AEPi and Pi Kappa Alpha their old brownstones back.
Now that AXO, Lambda, and Q House have their brownstones, Columbia should ensure that all groups in brownstones fulfill their promises by implementing a regular review process.
Alpha Chi Omega will bring the Columbia Community to 114th.
