CUPAL is premiering a new student-created musical this weekend.
A play originally put on in Fall 2012 as a CUPAL production is headed to the New York International Fringe Festival.
The petition comes following concerns that CUArts and its executive director, Melissa Smey, are not doing everything they can to support students' artistic pursuits on campus.
Students said that they appreciated the chance to hear from executive director Melissa Smey on Saturday and were encouraged that she offered to sit down with them again next month.
