As cars and buses stopped at red lights during rush hour on Tuesday, bikers sped down W. 106th Street on the new bike path.

Members of Community Board 7, along with 20 residents of the Morningside Heights neighborhood, gathered Wednesday night to discuss the addition of a new bar to an area that already boasts many.

Construction at Columbus Avenue between 97th and 100th Streets continues to rattle windows and ruffle its neighbors’ feathers this week after city inspectors lifted an order that stopped some of th
