Rethinking Dean's Discipline

Columbia's disciplinary procedures have been long criticized as arbitrary, opaque, and unjust. Dean's Discipline—the procedure by which Columbia tries students who are accused of violating most University policies—is long overdue for an overhaul, and should be replaced with a new system that respects students' rights.
