Survey Says

The undergraduate student councils have long been criticized for neglecting student views, but they seem to have made the right move by taking charge of the process, and the introduction of surveys can help bridge this gap. Nonetheless, this initial NROTC survey must be conducted in a fair and effective fashion if this new process is to succeed in the long run.
