Most followers of Ivy League football will pay attention to who takes the league crown this weekend, but the Lions are just focused on what they need to do to end their season on a positive note.

When it seemed like things were breaking down for the Columbia defense, two plays reminded everyone why the Lions are one of the best defensive teams against the run in the Football Championship Subdivision.

Things are not getting any easier for the Columbia football team (1-6, 1-3 Ivy) as it heads up to Cambridge to take on a very strong Harvard squad (6-1, 3-1 Ivy) a week after its worst loss of the season.

The Brown (5-2, 4-0 Ivy) and Penn (4-3, 3-1 Ivy) football teams headlined a critical weekend in conference play, with both teams looking to remain perfect in their quest to win an Ivy League title.
