If you’re an upperclassman like me, this is not the same Columbia football team you grew up with.

There’s no such thing as a sophomore slump.

That is, regardless of how Columbia football performs this season, it has absolutely nothing to do with some intangible force that says a team should perform worse in its second year with a new coach. There are always real reasons for a change in performance.
