Medical Center partners with Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown campus

WEB EXCLUSIVE Officials have clarified earlier reports that the Columbia University Medical Center is moving partially upstate, saying that a Cooperstown satellite campus will only be a small component of the Center's operations.
