If you’re a student living on this campus, then you’ve probably had to deal with one of Columbia’s most incorrigible problems: laundry machines. Given the persistence of such problems, why is it that week after week (or month after month) we return to the laundry room, encounter the same problems, and do absolutely nothing about it other than curse, kick, and grudgingly move to another machine?
