Organized by the Chinese Students Club, the Lunar Gala is an annual culture, fashion, and talent show that celebrates Chinese culture. In the mid-1980s, the CSC introduced a fashion show to the Lunar Gala, a tradition that persists today. This year, Spectator catches up with the models of CSC's Lunar Gala Fashion Show as they wait backstage for their turn on the catwalk. The fashion show is divided into four themes: the Golden Age, Bling Ring, Escape, and Space odyssey. Check out the models as they walk down the catwalk in innovative fashion.
