As surprising as it may sound, not everybody actually wants to Bacch. A day full of drunk and unruly 20 year olds crowding into pens and listening to loud music is not appealing to everyone.

A male was shot to death at 109th and Columbus Ave. in front of NoCo Lounge, formerly known as La Negrita, in the early hours of the morning today. The victim, Floyd Miller, 25, was driven to Harlem Hospital at around 3:30 a.m. with a wound from a shot in his torso, where he died shortly afterward. Police say there have been no arrests made so far and no one else was wounded in the incident. According to the Daily News, Miller was involved in a heated argument at NoCo, which prompted the eventual shooting. The gunman allegedly then fired a few additional rounds, and afterward fled uptown in his car. Miller, the victim, had seven arrests on his record, including two counts of robbery.
