Full-service tapas restaurant Oliva opens at Manhattanville Market

Chef Franklin Becker set out to create four concepts within Manhattanville Market,allowing his customers to “escape through food.” Oliva, a full-service tapas restaurant that opened on Sept. 28, completes this mission.
