SHPO announces new program to safeguard historic sites for property owners in West Harlem

To protect the character of the West Harlem community, SHPO has announced a new program that provides historic sites with up to 20 percent of the properties’ repair costs in tax credits to homeowners and up to 50 percent to commercial owners
