Proposed bill of rights for LGBTQ individuals and people living with HIV in long-term care awaits Hochul approval

Cordell Cleare and four other state senators sponsored a bill establishing a bill of rights for LGBTQ individuals and people living with HIV in long-term care facilities, with the bill having passed both houses and to be delivered to Governor Kathy Hochul this legislative session.
