Progress stalls on deal with University to make eight affordable units available to nonaffiliates

After a promising meeting in October, details remain up in the air, leaving advocates frustrated.

Approximately 300 nonaffiliates live in Columbia-owned housing, but this number will dwindle unless Columbia ensures they have sustainable, long-term access to rent-regulated units.
