Students, faculty, administrators, and alumni gathered in the Low Library Rotunda Monday afternoon to celebrate Columbia economics professor Michael Woodford winning the Nobel Prize in economics.

Hundreds—including those from the Columbia community—marched through Midtown Manhattan last Thursday to protest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s appearance in New York City for the 81st U.N. General Assembly.
