Columbia formally commits $33 million to 125th Street-Broadway station upgrades

Representatives from Columbia and the MTA joined elected officials and advocates outside the station on Friday to announce the partnership.

The $33 million bill will fund escalator upgrades, state of good repairs to the 121-year-old platform structure, and the construction of three new elevators.
