Football returns to Ivy League Play, battling Penn from Franklin Field in Philadelphia this afternoon.
The Lions (3-1, 0-1 Ivy) are in search of their first Ivy League victory of the season, and will look for their second straight victory over Penn, and first in Philadelphia since 1996. The Light Blue’s opening Ancient Eight contest was one to forget, as Princeton trounced Columbia 45-10.
Meanwhile, Penn (3-1, 0-1 Ivy) comes into this contest also in search of its first Ivy League win. It fell to Dartmouth two weekends ago in Hanover, and will play its first Ancient Eight home game of the season.
Last season, Columbia defeated Penn on homecoming in a miraculous come-from-behind overtime victory. To find out more about this season’s game, sit back, relax and enjoy analysis from Spectator’s live bloggers as they take you through the action as it happens.
