John Paul Mester was found on Monday.

John Paul Mester, SEAS ’18, who had been missing since early last week, was located by NYPD.

Master was found Monday and is safe, according to an email sent by Vice President Public Safety Jim McShane on Monday afternoon.

Mester was reported missing to Columbia Public Safety on Thursday night after last being seen on the morning of March 19.

Columbia distributed a missing persons report and friends and family of Mester’s shared his photo on social media in an effort to find him.
