Families of October 7 victims claim Columbia student organizations are ‘Hamas’ propaganda arm’ in lawsuit

The 79-page complaint names several Columbia student activist leaders, including Mahmoud Khalil, SIPA ’24, a Palestinian activist who was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement on March 8.
