EEOC launches claims process for $21 million settlement fund for Jewish and Israeli employees who experienced discrimination at Columbia

Columbia established the fund in July as part of its $221 million deal with the federal government to restore canceled funding.

Employees who worked at Columbia between Oct. 7, 2023, and July 23 that “assert a viable claim for discrimination” are entitled to receive a portion of the settlement.
